We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Promotional Merchandise Consultant to join our friendly sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing excellent customer service, and helping customers find the perfect promotional products.

About the Role
As a Promotional Merchandise Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing customer enquiries from initial contact through to order completion. You'll build long-term relationships with customers, provide product recommendations and quotations, and identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling, cross-selling and repeat business.
You'll receive training on our extensive product range and customisation processes, enabling you to provide expert advice and outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Deliver an exceptional level of customer service at every stage of the sales process.
- Qualify customer enquiries to understand their requirements and recommend the most suitable products.
- Prepare accurate quotations and creative product proposals.
- Learn our product range and personalisation processes to confidently advise customers.
- Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell and encourage repeat business.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Contribute towards team sales targets and business growth.
- Represent TP European Solutions at trade shows and customer events when required.
