Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a passion for the hospitality industry, and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Serve drinks to customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Prepare and mix beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
Engage with customers to create a welcoming environment, providing recommendations and taking orders efficiently.
Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential.
Strong hospitality skills with a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service.
Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions effectively.
Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
