Full job description

Description of Role

Our client is a 38 year old man based in Grimsby, with cerebral palsy and learning difficulties. We are looking to expand his established support team and find passionate and knowledgeable people to assist him with all aspects of day to day living tasks, personal care and domestic duties.

Our client also enjoys partaking in meaningful activities within the community, days out, holidays and weekly hydrotherapy sessions.

As well as care and support, you will be trained by the treating therapists to be able to carry out a rehabilitation programme.

We seek someone who is well organised, flexible, fun and with a genuine passion for care to provide high quality support for our client.

Working hours:

6 hours per week and bank staff required

9am-9pm Day shifts, 9pm-9am Night shifts

Rates of pay:

£18-£19 per hour

A full driving licence is required as the role will involve using the client's WAV to support the client in engaging in activities within the community.

All posts are subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure with Adult and Child Workforce Barring. Full training will be provided.
