This is an ideal opportunity for someone at the early stages of their career who enjoys organisation, problem solving and working with digital systems.
As a Trainee Project Coordinator (Document Controller), you will support the smooth running of projects by ensuring critical information is accurate, accessible and well managed. You will gain exposure to industry-leading tools, processes and projects while building a strong foundation for a long-term career in construction and project coordination.
- Supporting project teams to manage and organise key documentation
- Downloading and managing NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and QARs (Quality Assurance Records)
- Collating and uploading records to central systems in line with agreed standards
- Creating clear, well-structured document packs for project records
- Uploading information to platforms such as Asite, BIM XTRA and Novade
- Helping ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete and easy to access
You'll work closely with experienced coordinators and learn how information underpins quality, safety and successful delivery.
- A strong eye for detail and pride in producing accurate work
- Good IT skills and confidence working with systems and data
- An organised approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- A willingness to learn and develop within a fast-moving environment
Experience in construction or document control would be helpful, but is not essential. We're equally interested in potential, curiosity and a proactive attitude.
