Company Overview

KLA Taxis is a local taxi company dedicated to providing reliable transportation services across Evesham, Pershore, Broadway, and the surrounding villages. We pride ourselves on our commitment to customer satisfaction and safety.

Summary

We are seeking a Driver to join our team at KLA Taxis. This role is essential for ensuring safe and efficient transportation for our clients within the local area. As a Driver, you will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellent service.

Responsibilities

Transport passengers safely to their destinations in a timely manner.
Maintain the vehicle in good condition through regular checks and basic maintenance.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding pick-up and drop-off times.
Assist passengers with luggage and other needs as required.
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage and fares.

Key Requirements:

Age 25 or over (for insurance purposes)
Right to work in the UK
Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 3 years
Willing to obtain a Wychavon Private Hire Licence, which includes:
Passing an Enhanced DBS Check
Passing a Taxi Medical Examination
Completing the Worcestershire Taxi & Private Hire Competency Certificate
