Overview
We are seeking an experienced and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a lively environment where teamwork, efficiency, and professionalism are valued. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, along with a strong understanding of food safety and responsible serving practices.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
Serve customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent service to enhance their experience
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking and adhere to licensing laws
Manage cash register operations accurately, including handling payments and issuing receipts
Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during shifts
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during busy periods
Follow all health and safety regulations related to food safety and alcohol service

Requirements

Previous bartender or mixologist experience in hospitality or food service is essential
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol serving practices
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests
Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
Proven time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy shifts
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
A friendly, approachable demeanour with a professional attitude towards customer service
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
