Full job description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled panel beater working within a very busy bodyshop environment, you’ll work on used commercial vehicles to restore them to their former glory.

You’ll need to have previous experience, be energetic, efficient and happy to work on your own initiative to get every job done to the highest standard.

Essential skills

Previous experience as a vehicle panel beater in a professional bodyshop
Good attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. A high level of skill in panel beating and able to use a range of different techniques. The ability to work both as part of a team and on your own initiative.

Responsibilities

Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
Stripping and rebuilding accident-damaged vehicles.
Carrying out minor and major damage repairs.
Preparing vehicles for paintwork.
Masking vehicles in preparation for paintwork.
Safely and correctly use a range of hand and power tools.

Skills

- Proven experience as a Panel Beater
- Knowledge of painting techniques and tools
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and strength

Working Schedule

Salary Range is based on Monday to Saturday

We can also offer more flexible working patterns including compressed hours or less days, Arrangements can be tailored to suit the right candidate, supporting work-life balance and individual circumstances.

However Shorter Flexible Working Patterns are available on Negotiable Terms for the right candidate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
