Resident Liaison Officer: Norwich

Have you worked in the public, retail or care sector, delivering excellent customer service?

Do you enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same?

If so, we'd love to hear from you. We have an exciting opportunity for a Resident Liaison Officer to join our team on a project in Norwich.

About the Role

As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will be the main point of contact for residents, ensuring they are informed, supported and kept up to date throughout improvement works to their homes.

Your responsibilities will include

Responding to resident enquiries and resolving issues.
Carrying out resident interviews and home visits.
Keeping residents informed throughout the works.
Building positive relationships with residents, clients and site teams.
Providing a professional, customer-focused service at all times.

What we're looking for

Experience in a customer-facing role within the public, retail or care sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A friendly, approachable and organised manner.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
