Full job description

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Deli Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, customer service, and team management in a fast-paced deli environment. **Responsibilities:** - Prepare and serve a variety of deli products such as sandwiches, salads, and hot food items - Ensure food safety standards are met at all times during food preparation and storage - Assist customers in selecting deli products and provide recommendations - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli area, including equipment and utensils - Supervise and train junior staff members in food handling procedures - Manage inventory levels and place orders for deli supplies as needed **Requirements:** - Previous experience in a deli, restaurant, or kitchen setting preferred - Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures - Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays If you are passionate about delivering high-quality deli products, providing exceptional customer service, and working in a collaborative team environment, we invite you to apply for the Deli Associate position with us.
