We're looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator with the skills to keep Brockhampton in tiptop condition and running smoothly for all the people who visit and love the place. You will sit under the Herefordshire Facilities Team but your contractual location, and the property you'll predominantly be looking after will be Brockhampton Estate. The role will need to work 2 x full days 7.5 hours providing day lead cover, but can be flexible as to the other hours of the role. Weekend and bank holiday working is required.

What you'll be doing:As the Facilities Co-ordinator, you’ll be making sure that Brockhampton operates as it should, by running an efficient, effective and flexible facilities service. You’ll help the property team to meet their goals by keeping standards high. You’ll be helping complete and manage maintenance and repairs (reactive, as well as planned and preventative), cleaning and caretaking, the presentation of staff and volunteer areas and visitor facilities, preparing meeting rooms and co-ordinating deliveries and collections. You will be using your computer skills to ensure compliance is monitored effectively and working closely, managing volunteers.
