We are expanding and looking for a Junior Delivery Consultant to join our high-performing team onsite in Luton. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career, or looking to move into recruitment from a sales, customer service, resourcing, or target-driven background.
The Role
As a Junior Delivery Consultant, you will play a key role in finding and engaging top technology talent for our clients. You will work closely with senior consultant and account managers to deliver strong candidate shortlists and help Goldbridge continue to exceed client expectations.
This is a delivery-focused recruitment role. You will be trained to source, screen, qualify, and manage candidates for live client vacancies.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Sourcing high-quality candidates across the UK and Europe using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal databases
- Managing candidate delivery, including screening, qualifying, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Building and maintaining candidate pipelines across IT, engineering, and project management disciplines
- Working on live contract and permanent vacancies with major enterprise clients
- Supporting consultants with shortlisting, compliance, and candidate communication
- Contributing to weekly delivery meetings and performance reviews
- Learning how to understand technical roles, candidate motivations, availability, rates, and client requirements
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is ambitious, detail-oriented, and motivated by results. You do not need previous recruitment experience, but you do need the confidence to speak with candidates, work at pace, and stay organised.
This role would suit someone who is:
- Confident speaking to people over the phone
- Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple conversations at once
- Motivated by targets, results, and career progression
- Resilient, coachable, and willing to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Strong in written and verbal English
- Interested in technology, recruitment, or sales-led environments
Previous recruitment experience is not required. The right attitude, communication style, and work ethic matter more.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in recruitment delivery, resourcing, sales, customer service, or account management
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, or CRM tools such as Vincere
- Based in or near Luton, Dunstable, Harpenden, St Albans, Hitchin, Stevenage, Hemel Hempstead, or Milton Keynes
