Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Kunefe Chef to bring authentic Middle Eastern dessert craftsmanship to our culinary team. In this vibrant role, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and supervising the production of delicious Kunefe — a traditional dessert made with shredded phyllo dough, cheese, and syrup. Duties

Prepare and cook Kunefe with precision, ensuring authentic flavors and textures are achieved in every batch

Experience

Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices essential for maintaining high-quality standards
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience involving serving or presenting desserts to guests is highly desirable
Familiarity with managing inventory, ordering ingredients, and ensuring consistent product quality
