Full job description

These positions centre on delivering services across Housing Association contracts and commercial projects throughout North, Northwest, West, and East London, as well as Essex and Hertfordshire. On a day-to-day basis, you can expect a range of tasks that span the full breadth of multi-trade responsibilities, such as basic plumbing(preferred but not essential), carpentry, tiling(preferred but not essential, and decorating. Additionally, some assignments may arise outside standard working hours, including occasional weekend work.

Candidates are required to have at least five years of relevant trade experience. Possessing your own vehicle, a full set of tools, and a valid CSCS Card is preferred for these roles. We offer a competitive package of benefits, which includes paid parking and reimbursement for fuel expenses. Employment is available on both a full-time permanent basis and through flexible contract arrangements, with no restrictions on contract length.

Pay: From £180.00 per day
