Job Summary: Tyres Direct 24/7 is a fast-growing, round-the-clock emergency mobile tyre fitting and recovery service. We rescue stranded motorists on the roadside and provide convenient home-visit tyre replacements.We are seeking a versatile, data-driven Marketing & Operations Manager to fuel our growth. Currently, Google Ads is our primary driver of customer acquisition. In this role, you will scale our digital footprint by expanding into new advertising channels while simultaneously streamlining our day-to-day business operations and financial reporting.Key Responsibilities1. Marketing & Growth Strategy

Channel Diversification: Evaluate, launch, and manage new paid acquisition channels beyond Google Ads, including Bing, Yahoo, and relevant social media networks.
Campaign Optimization: Oversee the current Google Ads account, ensuring maximum conversion rates and a highly competitive Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
Local SEO & Visibility: Optimize our local search presence to ensure Tyres Direct 24/7 is the first choice for distressed motorists.
Social Media & Brand Awareness: Build a targeted social media strategy to engage local audiences, highlighting our reliability for both emergency roadside rescues and scheduled home services.

2. Operations & Financial Reporting

Accountancy Liaison: Prepare, organize, and deliver accurate operational financial data and weekly/monthly reporting to our external accountant.
Performance Tracking: Monitor key business metrics, including daily job volumes, marketing spend, and overall return on investment (ROI).
Process Improvement: Refine internal booking or administrative systems to ensure a seamless workflow from the initial ad click to final invoice payment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven track record managing Paid Search (PPC) campaigns, with experience in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising.
Analytical Mindset: Strong competency in data analysis, financial tracking, and building clear operational reports.
Commercial Awareness: Deep understanding of the 24/7 emergency service sector, on-demand logistics, or the automotive industry is highly desirable.
Organizational Skills: Exceptionally organized, with the ability to balance creative marketing tasks alongside structured financial administration.
Tools: Proficiency with Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks), and ad management platforms.
