Are you an energetic, motivational leader ready to inspire our team and members at South Leicester’s friendliest gym?

We’re looking for a passionate Fitness Team Leader to join The Fitness Bank. If you love driving results, building community, and leading by example, this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of our fitness offering while helping our members achieve life-changing results.

About the Role

You’ll be the driving force behind our fitness floor, leading our team of trainers while delivering high-quality training experiences. You’ll oversee all fitness activities, grow our Personal Training business, and boost member engagement and retention through exciting gym challenges, social events, and a strong online presence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop our fitness team
Drive Personal Training sales and deliver exceptional PT sessions
Plan and run engaging gym challenges, social activities, and studio classes
Manage and grow our social media profile (content creation, advertising, and engagement)
Deliver dynamic fitness classes
Provide 20 guaranteed hours per week on reception, supporting membership management and customer service
Increase member engagement, retention, and satisfaction

What You’ll Need

Level 3 Personal Training qualification (essential)
Minimum 3 years’ industry experience with your own established PT client base
Level 2 Studio qualification including Exercise to Music, DanceFit, Zumba, and/or Step
Proven experience with social media content creation, advertising, and uploading
Competent with IT systems, membership management, and booking software
Strong ability to delegate, lead, and develop a team
Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills
A genuine passion for healthy living and leading by example
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and energetic body language
Full flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and early mornings
