Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable 1st & 2nd electrical fixers for our project in Ashford, Kent. There is roughly 1 years work for the right candidates.

You must be able to read from drawings, communicate with other trades on site to ensure project deadlines are met and be able to think on your feet.

We are looking for people to be on day rate and price work, depending on tasks given. Rates are negotiable

Day rate is £160-£250

Price is per flat, mixture of 1, 2 & 3 beds

Responsibilities

Carry out 1st fix electrical.
Carry out 2nd fix electrical.
Liase with electrical site manager.
Read from drawings.
Maintain accurate records of all tasks performed.
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with team members to coordinate repair schedules and minimise downtime.

Qualifications

Electrical qualification is essential.
CSCS/ECS card needed.
Test & Inspect is a bonus.

Pay: £170.00-£350.00 per day
