Senior Nursery Practitioner / Room Leader

Join our new Nursery this Summer

Position: Senior Nursery Practitioner / Room Leader

Qualifications: Early Year Level 3 or above

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week, 4 days across Monday to Friday, 08:00-18:00

Salary: £31,200 per year

Puddle Ducks has recently opened a new Nursery in Hurst Green, a few miles up the road from the original Salehurst nursery. Nestled in this picturesque village, backing onto large rural grounds, Puddle Ducks is perfect for babies and preschool children who would flourish in a rural setting with plenty of outside activities.

About the role

About you

You’re a superstar at what you do. You bring energy, awesome enthusiasm and bags of initiative.

You'll have some experience in leadership within a childcare setting, comfortable taking on extra responsibilities to support the Manager on a day to day basis.

You’ll know your way around the EYFS, have the relevant early years qualification and are at ease interacting with parents.

Above all you are naturally nurturing and able to captivate and inspire young minds.
