Trainee Sales Representative

Full-Time | In-Person Role

Are you looking to build confidence, develop professional sales skills, and earn strong weekly pay while contributing to a meaningful cause?

Our client is expanding their live events fundraising team and is looking for a Trainee Sales Representative to support face-to-face campaigns focused on, research funding, and long-term supporter acquisition.

This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their sales career who wants structured training, real earning potential, and a clear pathway into progression.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Trainee Sales Representative, you will:

Represent a national charity campaign at live events and promotional locations
Engage members of the public in informative conversations about awareness, prevention, and research initiatives
Secure new regular supporters to help fund vital research, treatment innovation, and specialist support services
Develop consultative sales techniques focused on listening, educating, and building trust
Work towards daily and weekly performance goals with structured coaching and feedback
