Job Summary:
We’re looking for a creative, adaptable, and ambitious Junior Creative to join our team and support across videography, photography, editing, and design.
This is not a narrow single-role position. It’s an opportunity for someone who genuinely wants to immerse themselves in the modern creative industry, develop multiple skill sets, and gain hands-on experience across real commercial projects.
You’ll work closely with the founder and creative team across shoots, edits, social content, branding, and production tasks. Help bring ideas to life while developing your own creative abilities and professional confidence.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is hungry to learn, willing to take ownership, and excited by the idea of growing into more senior creative and leadership responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with videography and photography shoots
Support editing of short-form content for social media, businesses, events, and campaigns
Create or assist with graphics, motion graphics, captions, and visual assets
Help organise media, project files, equipment, and production workflows
Support content planning and behind-the-scenes production tasks
Assist with setup and operation of cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
Contribute creative ideas for content, campaigns, and storytelling
Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and deliver work to a high standard
Adapt across multiple creative disciplines depending on project requirements

Skills & Experience:
Basic to intermediate experience in videography, photography, editing, or design
Understanding of modern social media content styles and trends
Experience using creative software such as DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, or similar
Good organisational and communication skills
Willingness to learn new tools, workflows, and responsibilities
Full UK driving licence is a bonus but not essential

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £13.50-£15.00 per hour
