We are currently looking to recruit Full Time Warranty Administrator at our Teigngrace, Devon Branch.
We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused individual to join our busy aftersales/warranty team. This is a fast-paced, varied and interesting role requiring strong organisation, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process manufacturer warranty claims
- Liaise with workshop, and parts teams to resolve manufacture warranty issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all administration is completed to a high standard
- Provide updates as per customer requirements, and manage customer expectations
- General office adhoc duties
The successful applicant will demonstrate
- Customer-focused with a professional outlook.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Confident working independently and as part of team in a fast-paced environment
- Can demonstrate excellent Computer skills
- Full driving licence essential
