Full job description

We are currently looking for Night shift AND Twilight Order Pickers / General Meat Operatives.

8 Hour Night Shift: 10pm to 6am -3, 4 & 5 night options.

Sunday Evening to Friday Evening. £9.50 an hour with paid breaks + £10 per night attendance bonus subject to attending all shifts – £10.75 an hour (£86 per shift).

3 Hour Twilight Shift TERM TIME / REDUCED HOURS : 9pm to 12am – number of evenings to suit candidate – Sunday Evening to Friday Evening £35 per shift.

The job mainly involves picking orders and then scanning them out, although there will be some production tasks (mincing, dicing, making burgers and packing).
Previous experience in this kind of role is a definite advantage although not essential as you will receive on the job / in house training.
A strong work ethic, with plenty of get up and go is a must.
Previous night work experience is a preferred, as night work doesn’t suit everyone.
Basic computer skills are an advantage and being able to drive to work would be beneficial due to our location.

Pay is performance / experience related.

The ability to drive to work would help due to our semi-rural location, although there is a bus stop close to site and some staff cycle.

We have onsite parking and offer staff discount on meat.
