We're looking for a Junior Photographer who is eager to develop their skills in a professional studio environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their photography career who enjoys working with people, has a creative eye, and wants to gain experience across a variety of photography projects. You'll work alongside experienced photographers while building your technical expertise, editing skills, and confidence behind the camera.

Key Responsibilities:
Photography Sessions: Assist with studio and on-location photography sessions while capturing high-quality images that meet client expectations.
Image Editing: Edit and retouch photographs using Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop to maintain consistent quality and presentation.
Studio Preparation: Prepare cameras, lenses, lighting, backdrops, and accessories before photography sessions to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Equipment Management: Help maintain photography equipment, organize digital image files, and keep the studio clean and ready for upcoming projects.
Client Interaction: Provide a professional and friendly experience for clients during photography sessions while supporting senior photographers as needed.
What We're Looking For:
Passion for Photography: A genuine interest in photography and visual storytelling with a desire to build a long-term career in the industry.
Technical Knowledge: Basic experience using DSLR or mirrorless cameras and familiarity with exposure, composition, and lighting techniques.
Editing Skills: Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom is preferred.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
Attention to Detail: A commitment to producing high-quality work while maintaining accuracy throughout the photography and editing process.
Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating your photography skills is preferred but not essential. Personal projects, college work, or freelance photography are all welcome.
Mindset: Positive, reliable, eager to learn, and comfortable receiving feedback while continuously developing your skills.
Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
