Full job description

PSP is looking for a highly organised, proactive and professional Training Coordinator to join our team.

This is a varied and important role at the heart of our clinical training service. You will coordinate training activity from initial referral and quotation through to delivery, certification, evaluation and reporting, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout.

You will be a key point of contact for referrers, clinical educators, healthcare professionals and families. You’ll need excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining consistently high standards.

The successful candidate will enjoy bringing people and processes together, building positive working relationships and making sure every detail is taken care of.

About PSP

PSP, a part of the handl Group, specialises in providing highly complex treatment and therapy for children and adults requiring neurorehabilitation and spasticity management.

Our specialist teams deliver treatments including botulinum toxin, nerve surgery, chemical nerve blockade, hand therapy and physiotherapy.

Working closely with multidisciplinary clinical and care teams across statutory and private healthcare settings, we provide highly individualised treatment and support in hospitals and within the community. Our focus is always on delivering the best possible outcomes for every patient.

Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Coordination

Act as a key point of contact for referrers, clinical educators, the Lead Nurse and parents/families, representing PSP professionally at all times.
Prepare accurate training quotations and clearly communicate requirements to relevant parties.
Coordinate and book approved training sessions, liaising with trainers, clients and other stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within PSP's case management system and training database.
Manage the training Outlook calendar, ensuring all session details are accurately recorded.
Follow up outstanding referrals and renewals weekly and maintain accurate tracking records.
Prepare and distribute training packs, materials and equipment ahead of scheduled sessions.
Manage training stock, ensuring equipment is tracked, maintained and returned in good working condition.
Produce PSP training certificates and submit information for CPD-accredited certificates within agreed timescales.
Maintain and monitor the Microsoft feedback system, sharing relevant feedback with clinical educators and management.
Support the Lead Nurse with post-training evaluations, ensuring a complete audit trail is maintained.

Reporting, Finance & Quality

Support the Lead Nurse with monthly activity figures, feedback and reporting.
Assist with invoicing to ensure training activity is accurately recorded and billed promptly.
Prepare monthly associate statements.
Complete weekly forecasts and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.
Maintain confidential records in accordance with GDPR, information governance requirements and organisational policies.
Contribute to audits, quality assurance and continuous service improvement.
Support compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and organisational governance frameworks.
Work collaboratively with the Business Development Manager and Lead Nurse to support the continued development and growth of PSP's training services.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with healthcare professionals, external agencies and other stakeholders.
