We are looking for experienced Clinical Support Workers to join CWPs Inpatient Bank.

Clinical Support Workers provide the highest quality of care to our patients whilst they are in hospital. Working on the bank means that you are likely to work in many different areas and with different wards. Bank working is a great place to develop the scope of your existing healthcare experience.

At Cheshire and Wirral Partnership (CWP), The bank covers staffing shortfalls within the trusts inpatient units. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to gain experience in a wide range of specialities within the Specialist Mental Health (SMH), Children and Young People (CAMHS) and Learning Disability (LD) Care Groups.

You must be able to demonstrate an understanding and application of the trust values (6 Cs) in practice, these being Care; Compassion; Competence; Communication; Courage and Commitment.

Applicants should have a flexible approach to work and be willing to work across a variety of wards.

Clinical Support Worker shifts cover 24 hours 7 days a week. This includes weekends, nights and Bank Holidays. Most shifts are normally 12 hours and are usually 07.30-20.00 and 19.30-08.00.

All successful applicants are required to attend CWPs induction programme - Prepare to Care and complete all statutory and mandatory learning before working on the bank at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership.

Cheshire and Wirral Partnership (CWP) provides health and care services for a population of over one million people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care, as well as the provision of three GP surgeries in Cheshire.

We employ around 4,500 staff across 73 sites and have services across Wirral and Cheshire, as well as Trafford, Warrington, Bolton, Halton, Liverpool and Stockport.
