ABOUT THE ROLE: SERVICE ADVISOR (WILMSLOW)

Location: Wilmslow

Salary: £30,000 per annum OTE £36,000

Full Time, Permanent position

Hours: Average 46.33 hours per week (45 hours Monday to Friday and 4 hours 1 in 3 Saturdays)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as the key liaison between customers and the workshop.
Ensure a seamless and professional experience for customers bringing in vehicles for servicing, repairs, or MOTs.
Deliver excellent customer service and manage customer expectations effectively.
Support the workshop team in meeting operational targets.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience in a customer-facing role within the automotive sector (preferred).
Strong understanding of vehicle servicing and repair processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in dealership management systems (e.g., Kerridge, CDK) and Microsoft Office.
Full UK driving licence (preferred).
Customer- focused with a friendly and professional manner.
Organised and detail- oriented
Team player with a proactive and solution- driven approach.
Resilient and adaptable to changing priorities.
