The Role

To drive the growth of construction work-based learning opportunities at Cheshire College South & West by proactively engaging with employers, generating new opportunities, and securing high-quality industry placements.

This is a target-driven role focused on building and developing strong employer partnerships, supporting workforce development, and ensuring a consistent pipeline of opportunities for learners.

The post-holder will work within the Work Based Learning area. (Apprenticeship team)
Main Duties for this role include

Reflect the vision, mission, aims and values of the college.

Always support fully the College’s Aims and Objectives.

Contribute to business planning, monitoring and review
-
Contribute to team development and training activities.
-
Develop and grow key employer accounts in line with the College’s Strategic Plan and Work- Based Learning and meet agreed targets for activity.

Follow all agreed Quality Assurance and Risk Management Systems operating in the College and contribute generally to the establishment and development of a quality provision/service.

Proactively identify, engage and develop new employer partnerships within the construction sector to generate placement opportunities.
