Full job description

We're looking for an experienced Warm Roof & SIP Extension / Garden Room Installer to join our growing team on a employed basis.

If you're a skilled tradesperson with a strong joinery background and take pride in producing high-quality work, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

You'll be installing:

Warm roof systems
SIP (Structural Insulated Panel) extensions
Garden rooms
Timber frame structures
Doors, windows and external cladding
Internal finishing and second-fix joinery

Work is based throughout Manchester and within a 50-mile radius, so flexibility to travel is essential.

Essential Requirements

Proven joinery/carpentry experience (essential)
Experience installing warm roofs, SIP systems or garden rooms preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and quality workmanship
Full UK driving licence
Own tools and transport preferred
Reliable, hardworking and professional attitude
