We are looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to join our US Comparison Sales Team based at our Head Office in Newtown.
This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoys converting warm inbound enquiries into satisfied customers.
About The Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing inbound leads generated through online comparison websites and referral partners. You'll engage with prospective customers, understand their business requirements, demonstrate the value of Quartix solutions, and convert opportunities into sales.
Working as part of a high-performing team, you'll focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience while consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound telephone and web enquiries from comparison and referral partners.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their fleet requirements, business needs, budget, decision-making process, and timescales.
- Deliver consultative sales conversations, clearly explaining the benefits and features of Quartix vehicle tracking and telematics solutions.
- Prepare and send quotations, follow up opportunities, and successfully close sales.
- Maintain accurate customer and activity records within the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets, conversion rates, and KPI expectations.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Field Sales colleagues on larger or more complex opportunities.
- Gather customer and market feedback, including competitor activity and pricing insights.
- Follow established sales processes and maintain high standards of compliance and customer service.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar sales environment.
- Confidence speaking with customers over the phone and managing multiple enquiries daily.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tools.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-focused approach.
Desirable Skills
- Experience within B2B sales, SaaS, fleet management, vehicle telematics, or technology solutions.
- Experience working with inbound lead generation channels or comparison websites.
