Operations & Logistics Coordinator
Location: Edinburgh (with regular travel to Glasgow and occasional travel to Aberdeen and
Cardiff)

About the Role
You'll play a key role in helping with the setup of banners, inflatables, and signage across locations,
supporting office moves, and assisting with small-scale internal projects such as managing eBay
listings and shipments. The ideal candidate will enjoy a varied workload, be happy to travel
regularly between Edinburgh and Glasgow, and occasionally to Aberdeen and Cardiff.
Key Responsibilities
\u2022 Regular travel between Edinburgh and Glasgow to support onsite tasks (company vehicle
can be provided)
\u2022 Occasional travel to Aberdeen and Cardiff when required for specific activities or events
\u2022 Set up banners, window signage, and inflatables across different locations (individually or
with team support)
\u2022 Assist with office moves, including organising furniture, signage, equipment, and supplies
\u2022 Handle general administrative tasks and day-to-day support for office logistics
\u2022 Help manage our eBay operations - packaging items, creating listings, and posting sales
\u2022 Keep track of inventory, tools, and signage equipment and ensure safe transport and storage
\u2022 Support ad hoc projects and be willing to pitch in wherever needed
Essential Requirements
\u2022 Full UK driving licence and confidence driving in urban and intercity areas
\u2022 Willingness to travel regularly between Edinburgh and Glasgow
\u2022 Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting, setup, and packing
\u2022 Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time and responsibilities
independently
\u2022 A practical, hands-on attitude and ability to work well in a small, fast-moving team
\u2022 Basic computer literacy (e.g. email, spreadsheets, eBay, etc.)
Desirable (but not required):
\u2022 Previous experience in administration, logistics, or office/facilities management
\u2022 Familiarity with basic tools or DIY tasks
\u2022 Experience using eBay or other online selling platforms
