At MyAppli, we believe buying home appliances should be simple, enjoyable and backed by genuine expert advice. We are a growing independent retailer specialising in premium home appliances, TVs and small domestic appliances, offering honest advice, fair prices and exceptional customer service.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, building relationships and helping customers find the right products, this could be the perfect opportunity.

The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience both in our showroom and through telephone and online enquiries. You will help customers choose the right appliances for their home while also developing relationships with builders, kitchen companies, developers and other trade customers.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will play an important part in helping MyAppli continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers in our showroom.
Understand customers' needs and recommend the most suitable products.
Build strong relationships with both retail and trade customers.
Generate new business opportunities with local builders, developers, landlords and kitchen retailers.
Prepare quotations and appliance packages tailored to customers' requirements.
Follow up customer enquiries and quotations to maximise sales opportunities.
Develop and maintain excellent product knowledge across our range of leading brands.
Process customer orders accurately using Shopify and other business systems.
Work closely with the delivery and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Help maintain high showroom standards and attractive product displays.
Achieve individual and team sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

About You

Friendly, confident and approachable.
Passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Well organised with good attention to detail.
Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office. Experience with Shopify or CRM software would be an advantage.
Keen to learn about new products and technology.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Previous retail or sales experience is desirable but not essential.
A full UK driving licence would be beneficial.
