Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton in the United Kingdom. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and provide excellent guest service during overnight hours, contributing to our mission of creating memorable stays for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Audit daily financial transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and review night reports and balance accounts.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures during late hours.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain security and safety protocols throughout the night shift.
- Collaborate with front desk and management teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold Hilton’s standards of hospitality and guest service excellence.
- To carry out the completion of night walks, cleaning duties and maintaining high standards of customer service at all times.
- Ensuring clear and straightforward communication is maintained with all other operational departments, reporting any successes, issues or faults and establishing a thorough handover to the day team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel front desk or night audit roles.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of hotel management software is preferred.
- Friendly, professional demeanour with a passion for hospitality.
- Right to work in United Kingdom
