Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Italian & English Speaker

Quickparts is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Italian & English Speaker to be the first point of contact for prospects engaging with Quickparts EMEA. You will drive both inbound lead qualification and proactive outbound prospecting to grow our pipeline in Italian, while working jointly with colleagues to provide combined coverage of the UK market.
You will own the early stages of the sales cycle, booking meetings for projects requiring technical expertise and directly closing lower-value deals where no technical input is required.
Why This Role Matters
Our Sales Development function is critical to our pipeline growth and market expansion across EMEA. As an SDR, you will:
✔ Serve as the frontline voice of Quickparts for Italian and English speaking prospects
✔ Drive proactive outbound prospecting to generate new opportunities
✔ Qualify inbound leads from marketing channels
✔ Hand over complex projects to Sales Managers and independently close lower-value deals
✔ Provide vital frontline market insights to Marketing and Sales teams
What You’ll Do

Proactively identify and research target accounts in Italian, using outbound channels such as calling, email, and LinkedIn

Respond promptly to inbound leads generated by Marketing (web enquiries, content downloads, event leads) in Italian and English

Engage with prospects to understand their manufacturing requirements, challenges, and buying timelines

Qualify prospects against agreed criteria (need, timeline, budget, and fit)

Schedule qualified meetings and deliver warm handovers to the relevant Sales Manager for technical projects

Take ownership of low-value, non-technical opportunities and drive them through to close

Contribute to joint outbound coverage of the UK market alongside your French and English speaking SDR colleague

Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all activity, lead status, and pipeline stages in the CRM (HubSpot / CPQ)

Track and report on meeting quality, lead outcomes, and conversion rates

Work closely with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance
What We’re Looking For

Entry-level or graduate candidate (full training is provided)

Native or fluent Italian, and fluent English, both spoken and written

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written; confident on the phone and by email

Ability to balance proactive outbound prospecting with inbound lead qualification and deal closing

Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work towards targets

Genuine interest in building a career in sales or business development within manufacturing

Eligible to work in the UK

Based within commuting distance of High Wycombe, or willing to relocate, working a minimum of three days per week on-site

Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role is an advantage

Comfortable using CRM and sales tools (prior HubSpot experience is an advantage)
