Full job description

JOB PURPOSE: The Spa Advisor will be responsible for all aspects of Spa Bookings, Online spa bookings, Online 3rd Party Bookings, Claiming 3rd Party vouchers and facility support & Training. The Reynolds Advisor will be responsible for ensuring all Spa bookings run smoothly & Ensuring an excellent customer journey.

COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE: All staff are expected to ensure that all the club members and customers; comfort, satisfaction, and wellbeing is always catered for in a friendly and helpful manner during their visits to the club.

SPECIFICATION:

Undertake administration including record keeping, follow up, compiling statistics and replying to correspondence.
Follow all company systems and procedures and quality.
High quality spa tours and phone sales are always expected and be responsible for high conversion rates.
Complete weekly GymSales targets (Club Prospecting Software) and ensure productivity is being adhered to.
Working with Head Therapist & other Spa Advisors, ensure that all Beauty Treatments and Spa Day enquires are followed up regularly
Assisting with staff training requirements with new team members.
Ensure that all sales boards within your area are maintained and updated with the latest sales V targets.
Working as a group towards call and sales targets are met.
Customer Complaints – ensure that all complaints are received are recorded and immediately passes to Club GM, Head Therapist. Email Group Director or Regional Spa manager with recommendations of the resolution where possible.
Ensure all shifts are covered that you have been rostered for.
Ensure all company health and safety policies and procedures are always adhered to
Adhere to the company’s equal opportunities policy.
To act in a helpful & Positive manner to all members, keeping them informed of all available services and activities as well as upcoming events.
Along with your Team Leader, come up with promotions, social media content, spa promotions or events ideas to promote the club.
To work as part of the team and ensure good team spirit at all times.
Maintaining the safety and security of other staff, the customers, and premises at all times.
To be fully aware of all emergency procedures and to affect a full evacuation in the event of an emergency.
Maintain the cleanliness and quality of the SPA Advisor area. Ensure the cleanliness and quality of the whole facility is maintained by monitoring the daily cleaning checklist completed by all departments and reporting any issues or concerns to both staff on duty and Club GM.
Ensure that all maintenance requirements are recorded and passed on to the GM at the earliest convenience.
Keep a full and proper account of all goods brought and sold and all money received and paid and anything else that comes into or leaves your hands in connection with the business. (It is your responsibility to take all necessary care when handling company money. If company monies are lost stolen or unaccounted for due to negligence on your part, it will be your responsibility to reimburse the company.
