The Role

We are seeking motivated Paralegals to join our teams in Maidstone or Manchester. Reporting to a Supervising Solicitor, you will play a key role in supporting fee-earning workstreams and ensuring the smooth progression of cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting disclosure exercises and managing document logistics
Assisting with witness evidence collation and organisation
Drafting routine legal documents and correspondence
Progressing cases in line with procedural requirements under supervision
Providing reliable and efficient support to the wider legal team

About You

2-4 years’ experience as a Paralegal
Sound knowledge of UK Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
Sound knowledge of debt recovery litigation
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience managing case loads
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Experience of attendance court is advantageous
Clear and professional communication skills
A proactive and team-oriented approach
