About Us:
House of Aesthetics is a leading aesthetics clinic offering advanced skin, injectable, and laser treatments delivered by highly trained practitioners. We are now looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Receptionist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced clinic environment and enjoys delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering incoming phone calls and handling client enquiries professionally
Making call-backs and following up on client leads
Responding to client messages, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries promptly and professionally
Managing the daily appointment diary and coordinating practitioner schedules
Greeting clients on arrival and ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process
Taking payments and carrying out daily cash-up procedures
Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring data confidentiality
Completing and updating Excel/Google Sheets for leads and reports
Providing information about treatments and assisting clients with bookings
Ensuring the reception area and client waiting areas are always presentable
Supporting the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the clinic

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist, admin, or front-of-house role
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Polite, friendly, and professional manner
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident with Google Sheets and comfortable using booking systems
Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Experience using Phorest
Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask efficiently
Cash handling experience (daily cash-up)
Knowledge or interest in aesthetic treatments is desirable
