We are looking for experienced Healthcare Assistants / Care Assistants to work in a nursing home in the CM9 6LF area.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a nursing home, care home, or domiciliary care
- Confident with personal care and supporting elderly residents
- Clear verbal and written communication in English
- Caring, reliable, patient, and professional
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Mandatory training certificates preferred
- DBS preferred
Main duties:
- Support residents with personal care
- Assist with mobility, meals, and daily living needs
- Report any concerns to senior staff or nurses
- Maintain dignity, respect, and good care standards
