JOB TITLE – Leisure Attendant
DEPARTMENT – Leisure
RATE OF PAY - £12.72 per hour plus fantastic benefits!
CONTRACT TYPE – Full Time
HOURS OF WORK – 37.5 hours
SHIFT DETAILS – 5 days out of 7
LOCATION - Newport, NP18 1HQ

OVERVIEW -
Join the ‘Greatest Story in Hospitality’ by becoming one of our Leisure Attendant ‘Hospitality Heroes’ based at our Celtic Manor Resort - just one of the fantastic opportunities we offer from ‘Manor to Marina’.

OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE -
NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) or equivalent
A friendly and approachable personality with outstanding guest service skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES, WE CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL -
Provide lifeguard cover to ensure guest safety.
Maintain the cleanliness of all leisure areas, ensuring a pristine environment.
Assist at reception, handling guest inquiries with a smile.
Open and close the facility, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Manage lost and found property, making sure items are properly handled.
