Junior Account Executive
Location: Manchester
Salary: £28,000 base + uncapped commission

Build a career in sales where performance is rewarded and progression is genuinely fast. Our client is a growing, ambitious business based in Manchester and is looking to hire a confident and commercially minded Junior Account Executive to join their high‑performing sales team.

This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate or early‑career professional looking for real responsibility, immediate client exposure, and strong earning potential from day one.

This is a front‑line, client‑facing role with full ownership of conversations, targets, and relationships — not a back‑office or observational position.

The role

As a Junior Account Executive, you’ll manage your own pipeline of prospects and clients, guiding them through the entire sales journey and playing a direct role in driving business growth.
Key responsibilities:

Engaging with new and existing clients to understand their commercial needs
Managing the full sales cycle, from initial conversation to close
Confidently presenting solutions and handling objections
Working towards revenue targets with uncapped commission
Building long‑term client relationships and commercial credibility

You’ll gain immediate access to clients and decision‑makers, supported by structured training, coaching, and ongoing development.
