Location : Hybrid – Manchester base, 3 days in office
Reporting To : Managing Director
Salary: Circa £45 to £50k depending on experience

You’ll be the trusted partner to clients, shaping marketing solutions, leading teams, and ensuring the agency continues to deliver impact across the Northwest and national sectors.

Client leadership – Own senior relationships across a portfolio of key clients, becoming their go-to strategic partner.
Strategic direction – Shape and present marketing strategies that align with client business goals and deliver measurable results.
Team leadership – Mentor and guide account managers and executives, ensuring work is delivered to the highest standard.
Commercial growth – Identify and unlock opportunities to grow accounts, ensuring profitability and long-term success.
Agency ambassador – Represent the agency at industry events, panels, and client presentations, flying the flag for our brand.
