We are a fast-growing property investment business specialising in helping clients build successful property portfolios. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Sales & Management Trainer to join our team and help develop our sales professionals and future leaders.
This is a key role within the business, responsible for improving sales performance, developing management capability, and creating a high-performance culture across our teams.

The Role
As our Sales & Management Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and improving training programmes that help our sales team perform at their highest level.
You will work closely with sales leadership and senior management to identify development areas, coach individuals, and build structured training frameworks that improve conversion, communication, confidence, and overall performance.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a high-performance sales environment and understands what it takes to develop successful salespeople and managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging sales training sessions for new starters and experienced sales professionals
- Create and improve sales training programmes, workshops, and development plans
- Coach sales advisors and managers through 1-2-1 sessions and group training
- Identify performance gaps and create solutions to improve results
Mainly train teams on:
- In sales, communication, objection handling, and closing.
- Develop rapport-building and customer engagement skills.
- Coach managers on leadership and team performance.
- Analyze sales results and provide actionable feedback.
- Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales training, coaching, or leadership.
- Strong understanding of sales psychology and buyer behavior.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to motivate, challenge, and develop high-performing teams.
- Experience in property sales, lettings, investments, or a related industry is preferred.
- Passionate about helping others grow and reach their potential.
