Job Summary:

We are looking for an organized and proactive Travel Operations Coordinator to join our team in Manchester, England. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating travel services, supporting daily operations, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. What you'll do:

Coordinate day-to-day travel operations and booking activities.
Assist with travel reservations, itineraries, and scheduling.
Liaise with suppliers, partners, and customers to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
Monitor booking details and maintain accurate records.
Support operational planning and administrative tasks.
Respond to customer and internal enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Resolve booking or scheduling issues by coordinating with relevant teams.
Prepare reports and update operational databases.
Help improve operational efficiency and service quality.
Ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.

Requirements:

Previous office, administration, customer service, travel, or operations experience is beneficial but not essential.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Strong attention to detail.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
