Job Overview
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Barback to support our bar team and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be organised, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will assist bartenders by keeping the bar fully stocked, clean, and prepared for service while helping deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Restock alcohol, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and other bar supplies
* Ensure bartenders have everything needed during service
* Collect and clean used glassware promptly
* Keep the bar area clean, organised, and fully stocked at all times
* Assist with opening and closing duties
* Change beer kegs and refill ice bins when required
* Remove rubbish and maintain cleanliness standards
* Support bartenders and floor staff during busy periods
* Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations
* Assist with inventory checks and stock deliveries

Requirements
* Previous barback or hospitality experience preferred (but not essential)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to lift heavy stock items and stand for long periods
* Team player with a positive attitude
* Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
* Right to work in the UK

Desirable Skills
* Experience in bars, clubs, restaurants, or hospitality venues
* Basic knowledge of drinks and bar operations
* Strong multitasking abilities
