The Role
This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for managing enquiries and reservations for airport services in the UK and across the globe. You will work closely with clients, airport service providers, and operational teams to ensure every booking is delivered to the highest standard.
The role will also involve planning and co-ordinating greeter activities with our Heathrow partner.
The ideal candidate will have aviation / travel experience, excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and organised when working under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to service enquiries and reservation requests from corporate clients, travel partners, and members of the public.
- Handle enquiries received via email, telephone, and third-party booking channels.
- Prepare accurate quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Source and coordinate services through our worldwide network of airport partners.
- Process and manage reservations, ensuring all booking details are accurate and up to date.
- Assist clients with any service-related questions before, during, and after travel.
- Monitor bookings and proactively manage any operational changes or flight disruptions.
- Ensure all reservations are entered correctly into our booking systems.
- Liaise with airport teams, transport providers, and international service partners.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services where appropriate.
- Support the day-to-day operation and ensure company procedures are followed at all times.
- Undertake additional operational and administrative duties as required.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in aviation, airport operations, travel, hospitality, concierge services, customer service, or a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of customer service excellence.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to make decisions independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and confident telephone manner.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- Availability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Desirable
- Experience working within an airport, airline, ground handling, travel management, or luxury concierge environment.
- Knowledge of airport Meet & Assist services or VIP passenger handling.
- Experience using booking, reservations, or DCS systems.

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
