Junior Lettings Assistant – Manchester Office

Monday - Friday 10am - 3pm.

Are you looking to start or develop your career within the property industry?

Do you want to be part of a fast paced, forward-thinking, nationwide lettings agency? We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Lettings Assistant to join our growing team in Manchester.

Intus Lettings is a dedicated residential lettings and property management firm that provides a nationwide service to an ever increasing portfolio of satisfied landlords.

This is a varied role offering excellent exposure to all areas of residential lettings and property management. You will assist the Lettings Manager with day-to-day duties while gaining valuable hands-on experience across the business.

Your responsibilities as our Junior Lettings Assistant

Assisting the Lettings Manager with daily office duties
Carrying out property viewings with prospective tenants
Handling enquiries via telephone and email
Assisting with administrative tasks and office organisation
Preparing tenancy paperwork and general documentation
Uploading and maintaining property listings
Supporting with applicant registrations and tenant communication
Helping build and promote our lettings brand
Various ad hoc duties to support the team and office operations

Experience & skills required

Previous experience in customer service, administration or property is beneficial but not essential
Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Good communication skills and a professional, friendly manner
Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using IT systems
Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and develop within the property industry
Full UK driving licence essential
