Your new role:
As part of our Airside Experience team, you will ensure the safe and efficient delivery of ground handling services in line with established policies and standard operating procedures. You will be responsible for identifying and addressing potential safety concerns and following emergency response and security protocols when required. This includes clear and accurate communication with colleagues and stakeholders to carry out a wide range of operational tasks while maintaining the highest safety standards.
The role involves working closely with team members, clients, vendors, aircraft crews, and guests to meet service needs. Duties include providing fueling, lavatory, ground power, potable water, parking, marshalling, catering delivery, and towing services. You will also operate ground service equipment, assist with luggage and cargo, provide shuttle transportation, and help pilots with operational support. Maintaining safe, clean, and secure ramps and equipment is a key part of this role.
In addition to operational responsibilities, you will support our Guest Experience team by welcoming and assisting crews and guests, escorting them as needed, and ensuring a professional, friendly service at all times.
This is a fantastic opportunity for growing an exciting career in Aviation Hospitality.
About you:
The important bits:

You must hold the right to work in the UK and have a full UK driving licence. Flexibility of start and finish times within the shift pattern is required.
In addition:
Although full training will be provided on all aspects of the role, you will ideally have proven experience within a related role within Aviation Services or Hospitality. You'll have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working with people, communicating clearly and professionally at all times. You'll be adaptable and reliable, with good judgement and high standards of accuracy whilst supporting day-to-day operations. You'll be comfortable working accurately under pressure in a fast-paced, operational environment, with the ability to stay calm, focused and organised when things get busy.
