Full job description

Are you looking to move into education?

Our learning and development team at Basegreen Academy are looking for 2 x Clinical Educator Roles to work within the centre based in Holmfirth, and across the UK working with industry partners to deliver a wide range of clinical & compliance courses.

The role will support the delivery of Ambulance and Pre-Hospital care course programmes, including our apprenticeship programmes and will help to steer the development of the Basegreen offer.

You will work within a highly efficient and structured team, being flexible and adjusting to ever changing environments, delivering a huge range of courses to clients across the UK. Including the FREC suite of courses, APP and other clinical based programmes. You will also deliver education and training courses and undertake mentoring of students on practice placements as required working alongside employers, apprentices and other stakeholders.

We are looking for someone with a keen interest in delivering CPD sessions to our learners, both face to face and through e-learning systems.

We are looking for someone with a spark, enthusiasm and that can deliver to a high standard and awesome work ethic!

The post holder will be required to undertake annual CPD development, and work towards the Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training which will be funded.

Essential

HCPC registered Paramedic or NMC registered Nurse with Pre Hospital Care experience. Or Ambulance Technicians (AAP, FREC5, IHCD Considered)
Level 4 Teaching Qualification (Or equivalent, or to work towards)
Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Award (Or equivalent, or to work towards)
Willing to work away from base location, the role will also include hybrid working.
Use of IT Systems

Applicants will be expected to work 5 Days over 7 with travel time to various locations across the UK; . Opportunities to complete Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training as part of ongoing CPD and complete clinical hours to remain competent in the job role.

As part of the role with Basegreen we offer free access to CPDme, as well as annual CPD allowance towards your own development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £38,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
