To support us in our ambition to deliver an excellent; right first time customer experience on every occasion, we are currently seeking Commercial Roof Installers / labourer to join our team.
The ideal candidate would be a self-driven, organised person that has the experience and own tools to complete the installation of Solar PV modules on Commercial properties.
The Role:
Working throughout the UK help managing projects (including following detailed technical drawings and instructions), working with our electricians to help deliver high quality installations.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lay out rail system accordingly and install to manufacturers specification.
- Follow instructions from Lead Installer of the panel installation team.
- Install DC containment, and DC strings according to design.
- Work alongside the electrical team to ensure the containment and DC cabling is installed to plan.
- Clear roof area daily.
Skill Requirements/Qualifications:
- Full Driving Licence (Essential)
- Minimum 2-year solar panel installation experience on various roof types.
- CSCS Card (Essential)
- Solar PV Roofing Qualification (Desirable)
- IPAF (Desirable but not essential)
This role requires the candidate to work at sites across the whole of the UK (Accommodation and working away allowance provided, if required)
Company vehicle to be issued on completion of training/probationary period.
