Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Creative Director specialising in Photography and Media to lead our visual content team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative visual strategies, overseeing the production of photographic and media content, and ensuring alignment with brand identity. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the visual narrative of our organisation through compelling imagery and media campaigns. The ideal applicant will possess a strong artistic vision, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Duties

Develop and implement creative concepts for photography and media projects that align with brand objectives.
Lead and inspire a team of photographers, videographers, and media specialists to produce high-quality visual content.
Oversee all aspects of photo shoots, video recordings, and media production processes from planning to execution.
Collaborate with marketing, branding, and content teams to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
Manage the creative budget, schedules, and resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative techniques in photography and media production.
Review and approve final edits of photographs and videos before publication or distribution.
Coordinate with external vendors or agencies as needed for specialised projects or equipment procurement.
Ensure all media content complies with copyright laws, licensing agreements, and organisational policies.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Creative Director or senior visual content creator within a media or advertising environment.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in photography, videography, and multimedia production.
Proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage creative teams effectively.
Exceptional organisational skills with an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills to articulate creative ideas clearly to team members and stakeholders.
Knowledge of current trends in digital media, visual storytelling, colour grading, and post-production techniques.
A relevant degree or qualification in Photography, Media Production, Visual Arts or related fields is preferred but not essential.

Pay: £5,200.00-£11,500.00 per month
