Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Band 6 Paediatric Physiotherapist to join our team in Salford, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized CIMT programs to young patients with neurological conditions, helping them reach their full potential and enhance their quality of life.
The role is clinic based. With hours 8.30 - 16.30, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Assess and develop individualized physiotherapy plans for paediatric patients with neurological conditions.
- Deliver evidence-based constraint induced movement therapy tailored to each child's needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families about therapy goals and techniques.
- Maintain accurate clinical records in line with healthcare regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest clinical practices and contribute to professional development.
- Promote a positive, supportive environment that encourages patient engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with pediatric patients.
- Strong knowledge of pediatric physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology.
- Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach.
- Relevant qualifications in physiotherapy.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- Knowledge of neurological rehabilitation techniques is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills.

Pay: £40,000.00-£49,000.00 per year
