Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and personable Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing property lettings, liaising with clients and tenants, and ensuring a seamless rental process. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational and communication skills to develop their career within the property industry. The role is paid, recognising the importance of professional contribution from the outset.

Responsibilities

Assist prospective tenants with property viewings and provide detailed information about available rentals
Negotiate lease terms between landlords and tenants to secure mutually beneficial agreements
Manage enquiries via phone, email, and in person, maintaining professional communication at all times
Prepare tenancy agreements and ensure all documentation complies with legal requirements
Conduct market research to stay informed about local rental trends and property values
Maintain accurate records of all lettings activities and client interactions using organisational tools
Support the team with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, updating listings, and handling correspondence
Foster positive relationships with landlords, tenants, and external agencies to promote ongoing business opportunities

Qualifications

Proven administrative experience, ideally within property or sales sectors
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional manner
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
A confident approach to negotiation and problem-solving
Knowledge of local property laws and regulations is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
Full UK Driving Licence
